5.1 Quotations and Proposals

All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change if the project scope changes.

5.2 Project Agreements

All projects are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work which will detail the scope, deliverables, timeline and costs. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information, content and materials required for the project
  • Reviewing and providing timely feedback on work in progress
  • Ensuring any content provided does not infringe third-party rights
  • Maintaining the security of any login credentials provided

5.4 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the date of issue
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received when due

5.5 Hosting and Ongoing Services

Where we provide hosting or ongoing support services:

  • Services are provided on a rolling basis as specified in the service agreement
  • Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing 30 days' written notice
  • We will use reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

6. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of third-party websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of a project. This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement between us, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement
  • If a Client cancels a project after work has commenced, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Website or Services at our discretion if these Terms are breached

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, government actions or industrial disputes.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
